"despedir é sempre resultado de uma maldade ou de preguiça da gestão" (parte III)

Parte I e parte II.

Também há os que pensam que se uma empresa é obrigada a despedir é porque foi mal gerida ou porque os "patrões" não são gente séria.
.
Pois, a esses recomendo a leitura de "3 Things That Will Eventually Kill Your Business":
