.
Qual o conselho de Steve Blank para as start-up?
.
"GET OUT OF THE BUILDING!!!"
.
.
"HIT THE STREETS!!!"

Ou seja:

"Any real-world strategy starts with having fresh, original insights about your market and your customers. Those insights come only when you observe directly what's happening in your market. ...
"Directly witnessing and experiencing aspects of behavior in the real world is a proven way of inspiring and informing [new] ideas. The insights that emerge from careful observation of people's behavior . . . uncover all kinds of opportunities that were not previously evident."
.
Very often, you can build an entire strategy based on the experiences your customers go through in their interactions with your organization. Service brands have a horrible habit of focusing on the one interaction where they think they make money. If you're running an airline, there's an awful temptation to focus all of your attention on what it's like to fly a particular route on a particular aircraft. In fact, you can track backward and forward a whole series of interactions that consumers have with you that are very relevant. If you start to map out that entire journey, you begin to understand how you might innovate to create a much more robust customer experience."

.
"Qualitative sensitivity comes only as you immerse yourself into qualities themselves.
...
This is a process of learning to see, taste, hear, and feel; of discerning and discriminating through participation and observation; of making distinctions, becoming a connoisseur; and of developing a personal intimacy with the qualities that emanate from the activity of your interest.
...
Once you've experience it, this intimacy is indelible. It changes you forever by establishing a new level of awareness that few people can easily forsake.
...
Awareness - of taste, touch, balance, sound, atmosphere, interactions - reaches its highest level when the apparent division between the artist and the qualities in his medium disintegrates into ... unity. Unity means thinking can happen in the qualities of the medium itself; the need for translation disappears.
...
Skill follows awareness, not recipes or routines."

.
"See, Feel, and Change, as opposed to Analyze, Think, and Change"
.
.
"A big problem is that these companies tend to treat nascent opportunities (Moi ici: Um mercado a sofrer um forte ajustamento estrutural cria novas realidades, cria novas oportunidades. Assim como mata e seca anteriores pastagens, cria novas, se calhar mais pequenas, se calhar mais escondidas, se calhar em outros locais) the same way that they approach established businesses. They want data, even though data on non-existent markets is inherently fictional. So they focus on the market as it is today, where data are more easily obtained, and they employ the most conservative estimates about new sources of growth. They may also concentrate exclusively on what their customers want (Moi ici: O que pode cegá-los e impedi-los de ver o despontar de novos modelos de negócio), which biases them toward incremental improvements of current solutions."

"By giving up your attachment to where you are, you create the possibility of being somewhere else" e "Creativity is dangerous—it threatens what is. Stifling creativity is more dangerous—it threatens what could be"
.
.
É a vida!
.
