Alternativas estratégicas

Nm comentário a este postal de Tom Peters "OMG, A Positive Airline Story" encontrei esta interessante reflexão:

"It is interesting, though, to note that our airlines have chosen to approach this dilemma by focusing on cutting services, charging for each checked bag, charging for the half-cans of soft drinks, and possibly charging by passenger weight!

If they could add/demonstrate value through a great customer experience, wouldn't a higher fare be more palatable?

It seems that our airlines are stuck in seeing themselves as victims, and are thus unable to see alternative solutions.

Até que ponto é que o serviço da sua/nossa empesa "sucks"?
