Correr atrás da concorrência em vez de servir os clientes

Julgo que o autor chama a atenção para uma grande verdade. Muitas empresas, em vez de se concentrarem nos seus clientes-alvo, dispersam-se a vigiar, a perseguir, a copiar os seus concorrentes. Depois, como tão bem descreveu Youngme Moon, acabam todas mais ou menos iguais umas às outras.
