"People are increasingly unhappy in their job and a survey suggests that almost one in ten will resign this month. Nearly a quarter say that their job is making them unhappy. Nine per cent expect to hand in their notice this month, according to research from ACS International Schools, which runs three schools on the edge of London....Research has consistently shown that British workers are, on average, some of the most dissatisfied in Europe. Alongside inflation and a tough jobs market, workers face a different career landscape than in the past. Factors such as the rise of hybrid working are often cited as a driver of loneliness among younger people."
