"o poder, para o bem ou para o mal, das associações"

Nem de propósito, acerca do que escrevo sobre a missão e o poder, para o bem ou para o mal, das associações.
"Leadership is completely different. It is associated with creating a vision, and with the step after that, which is creating a strategy for getting to that vision. Leadership entails winning over hearts and minds, and motivating people not just to move in a particular direction, but to move with energy and passion, summoning all the creativity they can muster.
.
Leadership is also associated with anticipating opportunities and hazards before they get too close, and ‘mobilizing the troops’ in a way that helps your organization progress into a desired future.
...
the biggest thing happening today is that the rate of change continues to increase, with no end in sight.
...
The skill is called ‘strategic agility’, and it is the capacity to spot strategic issues that are coming at you, in time to act on them. Leaders who display strategic agility are able to turn perceived threats into opportunities quickly, and they execute just as quickly.
...
Change isn’t easy; we all know that, and the core issue is that people don’t want to reorganize: they usually think the current approach is fine. But the fact is, a management-driven hierarchy that is built for reliability and efficiency leans against the significant change required to implement a dual operating system. ...  what you have to do is develop and maintain a strong sense of urgency that is focused on a Big Opportunity.
...
Unfortunately, organizations often have to hit a wall before they realize that ‘What got us here isn’t going to get us there’."
