A importância dos sinais
Quando uma organização precisa de mudar, de mudar a sério, de cortar com o seu passado para poder ganhar um futuro desejado diferente, precisa de sinais... precisa de sinais fortes que exemplifiquem, que ilustrem, que mostrem que há realmente uma ruptura, que há realmente uma nova vida.
