Cuidado com a experiência
Interessante poesia do grande James March:
"The Jungles of Novelty
Someone who consistently sticks to old ideas
Will ultimately become obsolescent,
But in the meantime will almost always do better
Than someone who insists on embracing new ones.
Old ideas have been tested and refined,
And we have grown competent in them.
So, trying something different
Is usually unrewarding.
Of course, since the world is changing,
Old ideas grow stale and fresh new ones
Become necessary if we are to survive for long.
So we look hopefully for creative new ideas
To replace the old tired one we have already.
But when we do that, we discover once again
How hard it is to find good ideas
In the jungles of novelty."
