"Companies that consistently delay payments to smaller businesses will face multimillion-pound fines under new legislation....A new maximum 60-day payment window is being mandated for all commercial contracts with companies with over £54 million in revenues, and their suppliers will be contractually entitled to a statutory interest of 8 per cent above the Bank of England base rate on invoices that are paid late....Companies that persistently pay late will be required to explain why in their annual reports and detail the actions taken to address it."
Interessante! Um país que quer PME mais fortes não pode tratar os pagamentos tardios como normalidade.
