Para quando o "Dia Europeu Sem Leite"?

A fazer fé no capítulo V do livro "Adapt" de Tim Harford, por que é que não me admiro que os ecologistas europeus ainda não tenham proposto um "Dia Europeu Sem Leite"?

Segundo Tim Harford:

"‘My guess is that it’s the milk that makes up the lion’s share of the carbon footprint.’ Murray’s benchmark is a bar of Cadbury’s dairy milk chocolate, a product for which the Carbon Trust has donull footprint. The milk is only a third of the mass of the chocolate bar, but even after reckoning the cost of transporting and processing cocoa beans and sugar, melting the chocolate into moulds in the factory, and transporting the final product, the milk is responsible for two-thirds of the carbon footprint of the chocolate."
