A minha proposta é radicalmente diferente.
- Portugal faz bem;
"Industrial farming represented a radical simplification of vegetation to meet the goals of productivity. In farming, standardization was economically very efficient, allowing specialization in equipment and crop production, but it often damaged the ecology, increasing vulnerability to insects and microorganisms. The result was a fragile ecosystem with a greater dependency on pesticides and fertilizers.
.
Because of that, farming is now changing. The new voices within agriculture say that all farming takes place in a unique space and time. These researchers claim that mechanical application of generic rules and principles that ignore these particularities is an invitation to catastrophic failure."
- What's wrong with what we eat (não aconselhável a produtores agrícolas influenciáveis)
