Do livro "The Power of Business Process Improvement - 10 Simple Steps to Increase Effectiveness, Efficiency, and Adaptability" de Susan Page.
Algumas críticas da minha lavra:
1 Process name: "Budget Process" - Processo orçamento!?!? Um processo é acção, é actividade, é verbo. Onde está o verbo na designação do processo?
2 Description (purpose) - Definir o propósito, a finalidade de um processo é muito importante. Isso implica definir para que é que o processo existe, isso implica explicitar os entregáveis desejados. O exemplo do livro define apenas o âmbito do processo.
3 Scope (boundaries) - Start - o exemplo começa por um verbo, por uma acção. Essa acção pertence ao processo ou é exterior? Prefiro usar substantivos, coisas, para ilustrar o que de concreto desencadeia um processo, e o que resulta como entregável de um projecto. Por exemplo End - ilustra uma coisa concreta que sai do processo.
4 Process responsibilities - O exemplo lista actividades que se realizam durante o processo. Prefiro fazer, sob este campo das responsabilidades, a identificação das funções intervenientes. Quem colabora, quem tem de executar, quem tem autoridade para tomar decisões.
5 Client needs - Prefiro traduzir as necessidades dos clientes em indicadores e metas que permitem monitorizar o desempenho do processo
6 Measurements of success - Prefiro traduzir a "conversa" em indicadores com metas ou critérios de passa/não-passa. Muitos anos no mundo da qualidade vacinaram-me contra a conversa da treta "A process viewed as a reliable tool for use..."
Como vêem, aos meus olhos, muita treta anda por aí à conta disto dos processos.
