No JdN, "Garantia pública contribui para aumento do preço das casas, avisa DBRS":

"Agência de "rating" sublinha que a medida lançada pelo Governo para apoiar os jovens na compra da primeira casa reduz desigualdades geracionais mas contribui para o aumento da procura, e através dela, do preço."

Fez-me lembrar um artigo publicado ontem no The Times, "To help growth, we need to start celebrating our leaders doing nothing":
