The Toyota Way

Comecei hoje a leitura deste livro, "The Toyota Way" de Jeffrey K. Liker.

A propósito deste post, encontrei esta frase no incio do Capítulo 3: "The first question in TPS (Toyota Production System) is always "What does the customer want from this process?" (Both the internal customer at the next steps in the production line and the final, external customer.) This defines value. Through the customer's eyes, you can observe a process and separate the value-added steps from the non-value-added steps."

Cá está, concentrar as atenções na finalidade, na razão de ser. Isso é o fundamental, tudo o resto é acessório!!!
