"At the time she made a mistake that cost Google several million dollars. (“Bad decision, moved too quickly, no controls in place, wasted some money,” as she reportedly described it.) When she realized the extent of the mistake, she says she informed Google’s cofounder, Larry Page, and told him how badly she felt. Page accepted the apology, Sandberg recalls, and went on to tell her the following: “I’m so glad you made this mistake…. I want to run a company where we are moving too quickly and doing too much, not being too cautious and doing too little. If we don’t have any of these mistakes, we’re just not taking enough risk.”"

Tenho idade suficiente para recordar um antigo corredor da F1, Clay Regazzoni, a quem, a par de Mario Andretti, é atribuída citação “If you are in control, you are not going fast enough...” (BTW, tenho idade suficiente para recordar brincar com carrinhos de corrida, deitado no chão da casa, e chamar-me Pedro Rodríguez)
