Modelos mentais, experiência de vida e tomada de decisões (parte IV)

Voltando a Gary Lein e a The Power of Intuition:

Moi ici: Say no more. Nós humanos recorremos à intuição para tomar decisões aparentemente racionais (basta recordar na coluna de citações ali ao lado a Lei de Lovaglia) e "The key to using intuition effectively is experience", ou seja sem experiência de vida... qual a qualidade das decisões tomadas?

Quem toma decisões nos governos, da situação ou da oposição? Qual a sua experiência de vida? Qual o viveiro onde cresceram e amadureceram?

No sector dos bens não transacionáveis!

Quando uma empresa de um sector de bens não transacionáveis quer aumentar a facturação o que faz?

Aumenta o preço e ponto, a concorrência a sério não existe e os clientes são prisioneiros por exemplo: "Renfe tem bilhetes a metade do preço da CP para a mesma viagem entre Lisboa e Madrid"

É esta cultura, é esta mentalidade que gera os modelos mentais dos senhores 5% que chegam a lugares de decisão na administração pública, nos governos, nas oposições.

E esses modelos mentais trouxeram-nos a isto "Portugal sem potencial depois desta recessão"
