Se não serve para uma padaria... como serve para um país?

Do livro “Retailization – Brand Survival in the Age of Retailer Power” mais um prego no caixão de quem acredita no Grande Geometra, no Grande Planeador:

“A couple of months ago we attended a conference on integrated communication, where one of the speakers posed the following question to the audience: “What is the most important success factor for a bakery shop?” After a couple of clearly wrong answers, he stated that of course the person behind the counter was the factor: that is, the company’s employees. We beg to differ! Haven’t we moved beyond strategic one-liners? Aren´t we all now aware that there is no such thing as a single-focused reason for a company’s success? What about the bakery shop’s location? What about the proximity of the nearest competitor? What about the baker’s shoppers? What are they looking for? What kind of bakery shopping experience are they craving? Or what about the bread and the cakes on the shelves? Are they of high quality? Are they value for money? Are they the right kind? Are there long lines when you need to buy? Do they sell out quickly? And so on. Any business is a complex and dynamic one. There is no single solution, only constantly changing challenges and priorities. The only constant is change! However, there is one overriding objective you should always focus on: creating sale(s). Because everything you do stems from this one simple objective.”

Se para uma simples padaria há que considerar todos estes factores e variáveis… como compreender que ainda exista gente que acredita numa solução mágica, numa solução única, para um país!!!
