This does not happen in an area of scarcity, where there are no alternative suppliers. Here, the customer will judge the value of the service not by what other suppliers have to offer, but by the additional costs they incur if the service is not provided at all. To the extent that these extra costs of doing something else are in excess of the cost of providing the service, a surplus is created that can be shared between the supplier and the buyer.”

Contudo, o deficit de oferta, a escassez é sempre passageira, há que continuar a investir parte do retorno, no aperfeiçoamento das competências distintivas capazes de suportarem e melhorarem uma vantagem competitiva. Ou seja, há que estar atento à sociedade, atento ao mercado. Se o mercado muda, e a organização não acompanha a evolução... ooppss!
Ou, se a necessidade se mantém, e a organização não melhora, outros aparecerão, iguais ou melhores... ooppss!

Se os políticos europeus quiserem bloquear a livre concorrência de países extra-UE, espero que se lembrem que esses países também podem retaliar, como a Europa é cada vez mais um asilo, não sei quem é que ficará mais prejudicado.
