"Young men's wages have fallen consistently behind women's for the first time, according to a hardhitting report that warns of a "crisis" facing males under 24.

The Lost Boys study by the Centre for Social Justice think tank says the gender pay gap has flipped among 16 to 24-year-olds, with women earning 9 per cent more than men in both blue and whitecollar jobs."
