Nem por um minuto passa pela cabeça desta gente que a oferta pode estar calibrada para um nível de procura que era irrealista e insustentável, com base no endividamento fácil e numa economia de especulação imobiliária...

Nem por um minuto passa por esta gente que pode ser necessário alterar a estrutura da oferta e re-afectar dinheiro e pessoas para outras áreas da economia.
