Transformações em curso

Ultimamente têm-me reencaminhado vários e-mails, uns que ilustram os cancelamentos de encomendas pelos clientes, e outros que ilustram as transformações em curso.

Um exemplo:

De um outro e-mail pode depreender-se:

Muitos clientes fechados não encomendam e cancelaram encomendas
Clientes abertos cancelam encomendas, consomem menos e pagam mais tarde
Clientes abertos encomendam quantidades pequenas e com maior frequência
