Outro exemplo de pensamento estratégico

O mundo do aço anda em bolandas, inundado por aço ao desbarato vendido pela China. Daí "China inicia investigação para reduzir excesso de capacidade na indústria do aço".
.
Não admira que na semana passada tenha ficado intrigado com este título "Voestalpine plans new steelworks in Austria". Num dos países com mão-de-obra mais cara planeia-se a construção de uma nova siderurgia?!
.
Tem de haver uma história interessante por trás do anúncio.

Pensamento estratégico, diferenciação, nicho:
