BTW, uma lição para uma empresa pioneira em Portugal, nas panelas de pressão, a Silampos. Uma coisa é alargar o âmbito do que fazemos, entrando em mercados onde se servem diferentes tipos de clientes. Outra coisa é mergulhar a fundo na relação com os clientes e procurar seguir a evolução.
