A avaliação de sugestões estratégicas

Por que é importante equacionar cenários quando se desenvolve uma estratégia para o negócio.

WUS analysis

A WUS analysis is a single-impact analysis that deals with the three dimensions (Want, Utilize and Should). It will give a fairly quick answer to three questions:

Does the strategy contribute to the desired direction of the organization (Want)? (Moi ici: A direcção imposta pela visão)
Does it utilize present strengths or assets of the organization (Utilize)? (Moi ici: Pontos fortes e competências actuais)
Does it match the future environment (Should)?" (Moi ici: Exigências decorrentes do ambiente, do entorno de amanhã - cenários)
